General Vascular Technologist Qualifications
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and/or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in vascular and general sonography.
  • Proficiency in ultrasound imaging techniques and protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Vascular Sonography:
    • Perform and interpret vascular ultrasound examinations, including Doppler studies, carotid duplex, venous studies, and arterial evaluations.
    • Ensure the proper use of ultrasound equipment and maintain high standards of image quality.
    • Assess vascular anatomy and pathology, providing accurate measurements and documentation.
  • General Sonography:
    • Conduct a variety of general ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, and small parts imaging.
    • Collaborate with physicians to provide comprehensive patient assessments and contribute to the diagnostic process.
    • Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  • The General/Vascular Technologist applying for the position in the area would cover our client accounts in and around this area including the cities King of Prussia.
